Recognition of Prior Learning
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) and Recognition of Current Competencies (RCC) options are available for students on request and assistance will be provided to determine eligibility. Each student requesting RPL will be interviewed and they should provide a portfolio of evidence to support their application and may be assessed on the job. On the job assessments can be conducted to assess current skills and knowledge. Being a self-paced program, the time required to complete the process is dependent on the hours per week you put into it. The more hours you put in, the quicker you can complete.
All Nationally Accredited courses are competency based which means that you can complete the course at your own pace and complete sooner than the expected completion if you wish.

Upon successful completion of this course you will receive a nationally accredited Diploma of Security and Risk Management (CPP50611).
Entry Requirements
Given the specialist nature of this course, you must be currently employed in a relevant role in this industry. If you have previous work experience in a relevant role you can apply to progress through an online RPL process. Your online assessments will require you to have access to appropriate workplace tasks and resources which relate to the unit of competency.
